About

My mission is to bring forth the teachings of Ayurveda and nature to those wanting to live closer to nature and her wisdom in modern times.

My name is Magali. I am a grade school teacher and a health coach with a background in Ayurveda. I'm a West Coast girl; born and raised under the LA sun. My years do not account for the wisdom that I've gained, but my experiences are more than enough to teach me that the power of healing yourself, and connecting with God, are

attributes of simply wanting it more than life itself and working towards it.

I came to Ayurveda broken in mind, body, and spirit. I spent my college years looking for healing to my digestive irregularities and chronic acne. Juggling college courses, doctor's appointments, jobs, and doing unsuccessful home remedies was a lot to handle. A 21 year old should not have to be scheduling colonoscopies, or seeing multiple doctors and specialists in a week. My spirit was broken, I succumbed to the idea and vision that this was how it was going to be for the rest of my life.

But then...

I read one book that changed my life forever. Clean Gut by Dr. Alejandro Junger. In this book, I finally understood the brain-gut connection and the importance that food has our mental stability. Dr. Alejandro Junger talks briefly about Ayurveda in this book. This was my first time hearing this word, and not knowing what it was, I google the word. My jaw dropped. It's like the whole world conspired to bring me this one word. That day, I must have gone through every single blog post and downloadable guide out there on the study of Ayurveda. I read books, listened to Podcasts, watched videos, followed Instagram accounts, everything to get me more information on Ayurveda; which became my saving grace.

I became engrossed on the topic of Ayurveda and its terminology and medical philosophy. I became well versed in this study and continue to expand my learning in other avenues.

There's more,

a few years later, I became an Ayurvedic Health Coach to share with all of you the power of self-healing and self-study. We all have the power to heal every part of our body, live a long and prosperous life, and enjoy food again the way nature intended.
